Payment

Payment is due at the time of session. All major credit cards, cash and HSA are accepted.

Insurance

Kinetic Wellness is not credentialed with insurances and is considered out of network. Many health insurance companies have out of network benefits, and you may be able to apply private pay services to your deductible, or they may reimburse you for eligible services paid out of pocket. You can inquire by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.

Why Pay Out Of Pocket?

Paying privately versus using insurance allows you the freedom of a truly personalized approach to your treatment. You are able to avoid limitations imposed by insurances, such as: the number of sessions, duration of a session, how and where the session takes place and the necessity of a diagnosis. When you choose to pay privately you do not need a formal diagnosis. Formal diagnoses can impact life insurance, employment and health records.

"Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should or need to do it alone."

Brainspotting

Brainspotting was discovered in 2003 by Dr. David Grand, PhD. Brainspotting is a powerful, subcortical treatment modality that complements the mind and body’s natural healing ability to address emotional and somatic distress caused by underlying trauma and core beliefs that subconsciously effect daily functioning.

First Responders

Being a first responder can take an emotional toll. Together, we will walk through and process work and life-related complexities related to these roles.

Client Experiences

"Ronna has been extremely helpful with my growth as an individual. I was recommended to her to complete brainspotting as an intervention for some underlying trauma.. and let me tell you, if you’ve never done this type of therapy.. I HIGHLY recommend. It’s very different than your traditional “talk therapy” and Ronna is the most compassionate person to allow yourself to process and ugly cry in front of. She utilizes and helps you understand current psychology process as well as implements faith and spiritual based beliefs. I am so grateful Ronna came into my life, thank you! "

"Our minor child has been having sessions with Ronna for several years. While medication has been very helpful, it does not work in a vacuum. Having Ronna as an additional source of support for our child and as someone to listen and offer suggestions (it really helps that they are from someone other than mom and dad) has been a powerful tool in the toolbox to build success. The positive changes have been truly remarkable. Ronna has worked with our child to be involved in school, have a more positive world view and to be better able to be a self advocate. Our child will be away from home before we know it and we have every confidence that our child will be able to manage the depression and anxiety, in no small part because of the wonderful assistance received from Ronna."

Ronna has counseled with my daughter on multiple occasions over the past couple of years to address anxiety and self-confidence concerns. Ronna makes my daughter feel so good about herself and her ability to manage her anxiety! She shares strategies my daughter can use at school and home, and she regularly reminds my daughter that she is a wonderful human with so much to share with the world. I simply cannot say enough about what Ronna has done for our family!

Ronna is very non-judgmental and open to learning with me as a client. There is no telling me what to do or hard and fast rules, it’s a very good flow and I really enjoy collaborating with her and trying to find solutions or ideas on ways I can improve with her. She also has a gift for finding the strength of her clients and leaning into that, for example I love to read and do homework on my own so she gives me books recommendations and ideas for homework. Finally, and the most important piece, the Brainspotting work Ronna does is nothing short of miraculous. Highly recommend!

I enjoy seeing Ronna because she truly goes above and beyond to help me with my mental health. I know that I have found a therapist that I can work with and trust. We are a team when it comes to working towards my goals, and it means so much to have someone there to help me reach them. I wouldn’t be where I am now without her services.

I love how flexible you can be, I've been seeing you for sometime & everytime I still get something out of it. Your space feels so welcoming and safe, I feel like I can talk to you about anything and everything. I've gained confidence in setting boundaries for myself, how to handle hard times & not so positive thoughts. You’ve truly changed my life for the better & I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for everything.
